  • Heritage Green is a pet friendly apartment community in Hilliard, Ohio. Breed and weight restrictions apply. A one-time non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent are required. Please contact the leasing office for complete details about our pet policy.

  • You can schedule a tour of Heritage Green by calling the leasing office, requesting a tour through the website, or visiting during office hours. Walk-in tours are also welcome based on availability.

  • Yes. Heritage Green has an on-site maintenance team available to assist residents with service requests. Emergency maintenance support is available 24 hours a day, with routine maintenance completed during business hours.

  • For maintenance emergencies, contact the leasing office during business hours or follow the after-hours emergency maintenance prompts. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 first.

  • Rent is due on the first of each month. Residents can make payments conveniently through the online resident portal.

  • Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents at Heritage Green. Residents are automatically enrolled in the community renters insurance program but may provide proof of their own policy if preferred.

  • Each apartment home has a designated mailbox. Packages are typically delivered directly to resident doors or to designated parcel mailboxes depending on the carrier.

  • Yes. Heritage Green offers surface parking for residents. Detached garages are also available, and garages are included with townhome residences.
